NetCarrier Extends Bonus Plan for Sub Agents

NetCarrier, a national provider of traditional and cloud based voice and data services, is extending bonus incentives directly to the sub agent channel for the remainder of 2015.

NetCarrier’s plan rewards any agent that sells their first NetCarrier order (traditional or cloud services), with additional incentives geared toward NetCarrier’s nCloud voice and video conferencing services. Furthermore, sub agents can earn large bonus payments of up to $7500 for hitting reasonable revenue metrics through the remainder of 2015.

“As we continue to expand into new markets, I want to give agents of all sizes extra incentive to take part in the NetCarrier experience,” said NetCarrier Vice President of Channel Sales Bruce Wirt. ”Ensuring that our up front bonus payments go directly to the organization that makes the sale is the best way to reward potential new partners.”

NetCarrier Expands Ethernet Footprint

Through hub arrangements with several key Ethernet backbone providers, NetCarrier has expanded its type 2 Ethernet offering into more than 50 additional major U.S. markets.

“At a time of massive industry consolidation, our focus is to continue to grow organically by solidifying strategic network partnerships,” said NetCarrier vice president of channel sales, Bruce Wirt.  “Ethernet hub partnerships are a key element to our success as a national solutions provider. This is a tremendous boost to our dedicated suite of services.”

NetCarrier’s existing Ethernet footprint covers Philadelphia, New York, Los Angeles, Dallas, San Antonio, and wide areas in Ohio and the Carolinas.  Additional cities include Chicago, Detroit, Boston, Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, and other eastern U.S. markets.

“NetCarrier has carved a niche in the SMB marketplace by performing very well over business class broadband connections,” said Wirt, “but these transactions allow us to also be very competitive in the mid to large enterprise space, where multi-level QoS is imperative.”

In addition to Ethernet, NetCarrier offers traditional, dynamic, and cloud based voice service in the continental United States and Hawaii, and sells exclusively through telecom agents and VARs.

NetCarrier Wins 2015 Carrier’s Ball Customer Service Award

NetCarrier has been named the winner of the 2015 Carrier’s Ball Customer Service Award, as voted by channel partners and customers nationwide.

“This award is meaningful not only because it speaks to our mission, but more importantly because it was voted on by YOU,” said Bruce Wirt, vice president of channel sales for the company.

In 2015, NetCarrier answered support phone calls with an average on-hold time of under 45 seconds.

“As NetCarrier evolved from a regional voice and data provider to a national solutions provider, our commitment to customer satisfaction remained unchanged,” Wirt said. “Other providers of similar services deploy their products via a shipping company and an instruction manual or video; at NetCarrier, we don’t believe in plug and pray:  Regardless of your location in the continental United States, a NetCarrier technician will survey your location, install your service, and verify that it works before leaving. That is our commitment to your business.”

The company has also announced a new video conferencing product:  nCloud ViewME. It uses the camera built in to a laptop or smartphone, and is a Web-based application. It allows up to five simultaneous sessions.
